Sattva City – 50-Acre Township on Bangalore Airport Road Launched (~March 2026)

Salarpuria Sattva launched Sattva City, a flagship 50-acre residential township on the Airport Road corridor (Chikkajala-Doddajala, Devanahalli), North Bangalore. The project offers 1–4 BHK apartments across 13 towers with over 250 amenities and possession slated from December 2029.

Sattva–Vaishnavi Group Announce 3.8 Million Sq Ft Tech Park on Airport Road, North Bengaluru

Sattva Group and Vaishnavi Group jointly announced plans to develop a large-scale technology park of 3.8 million sq ft on Airport Road in North Bengaluru, opposite Collins Aerospace. The project comprises three commercial blocks and is PRR-ready.

Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT), co-sponsored by Sattva Group and Blackstone, successfully listed on BSE and NSE on August 18, 2025, raising ₹4,800 crore in India's largest-ever REIT IPO. The issue was 13 times oversubscribed and the REIT listed at ₹103 against an issue price of ₹100.
