Sattva Vasanta Cove adds airport-corridor homes to Sattva’s Bengaluru portfolio

Opening

Sattva Group announced the pre-launch of Sattva Vasanta Cove in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, on 26 February 2026. The residential development is planned within the Sattva Urbana township, near Bellary Road and Kempegowda International Airport. The announcement describes a one-acre site with a single triangular tower and 200 studio and one-bedroom apartments.

The project extends the group’s residential presence into the airport corridor with compact homes aimed at young professionals and first-time buyers. The February announcement put starting prices at ₹54 lakh and set out December 2030 as the planned possession date. The project is listed as Pre-Launch.

The details

Sattva Vasanta Cove is planned as a compact-premium apartment project, with 163 studios and 37 one-bedroom homes. Its triangular tower is designed to bring natural light and ventilation into the apartments; studios are planned with Juliet balconies. The development is described as having 70% open space, with 124 covered parking spaces.

  • Studios: 533–625 sq ft, with prices listed from ₹59 lakh to ₹69.2 lakh.
  • One-bedroom apartments: 887–932 sq ft, with listed prices of ₹1 crore and ₹1.05 crore.
  • Starting price in the February 2026 announcement: ₹54 lakh.
  • Planned possession: December 2030.

The proposed amenity programme includes a 12,000 sq ft clubhouse across three levels, a swimming pool, gymnasium, recreation rooms, a party hall and an indoor games room. Outdoor and wellbeing facilities include multi-purpose sports courts, pickleball courts, jogging and walking tracks, landscaped gardens, meditation zones and a children’s play area. Security is planned with CCTV coverage, intercom facilities and round-the-clock monitoring.

Specifications described for the homes include vitrified-tile flooring in living areas, bedrooms, kitchens and foyers, laminated wooden flooring in the master bedroom, and anti-skid ceramic tiles in bathrooms and balconies. The plans also include concealed copper wiring, modular switches, three-phase BESCOM power supply and passenger and service lifts. The project is described as providing generator backup for apartments and common facilities.

The location

The project is positioned along Bellary Road, with the February announcement describing Kempegowda International Airport as about five minutes away. The wider North Bengaluru employment corridor includes KIADB Aerospace Park and technology and office campuses around Hebbal and the Aerospace Park region. Prestige Tech Cloud and the Foxconn Apple project are among the named technology and industrial landmarks in the area.

Namma Metro’s Blue Line is planned to connect the airport area with central Bengaluru. Airport City (KIA West), KIAL Terminals and Doddajala stations are part of the airport-side section. Station information cited in the project’s location context has indicated June 2027 as a tentative opening target. Airport expansion is also part of the changing infrastructure setting around Devanahalli.

The developer

Sattva Group, formerly known as Salarpuria Sattva Group, was founded in Bengaluru in 1993 and is led by Bijay Agarwal. The group reports a multi-city footprint spanning Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa and Kolkata, with more than 142 projects and over 69 million sq ft delivered. Its Bengaluru portfolio includes Sattva Magnificia in Mahadevapura, Salarpuria Sattva Greenage on Hosur Road and Salarpuria Sattva Divinity on Mysore Road. In Hyderabad, Sattva Knowledge City is part of its technology-park portfolio.

For buyers following the developer’s North Bengaluru plans, Sattva Vasanta Cove brings a smaller-format apartment offering into the Sattva Urbana township.

What comes next

The February 2026 announcement marks the project’s pre-launch. The stated next major milestone for residents is planned possession in December 2030. Meanwhile, the airport-area Blue Line stations are expected to improve public-transport links between Devanahalli and central Bengaluru, with June 2027 cited as a tentative opening target for the relevant stations.
