Sattva Group has initiated approvals for a massive residential expansion within Sattva Global City on Mysore Road, featuring ten high-rise towers with over 2,500 premium units. The project marks a significant expansion of the integrated township, transitioning the premium commercial hub into a high-density, mixed-use destination.

Scale and Design Specifications

The landmark development, reaching up to 40 floors, will introduce a new residential typology to West Bengaluru's skyline. Each tower will measure between 36 to 40 storeys with heights ranging from 118 to 125 metres, positioning the development as one of the region's largest vertical residential projects.

Sattva Global City is a landmark tech park located on Mysore Road. The campus spans approximately 120 acres in Rajarajeshwari Nagar along Mysore Road.
