Sattva Vantage Vizag Campus: A 30-Acre Mixed-Use Anchor for Visakhapatnam
Sattva Group has commenced construction of its landmark Sattva Vantage Vizag Campus, a 30-acre, ₹1,500-crore mixed-use development designed to redefine Visakhapatnam's urban and economic landscape. Located on Hill No. 4, Madhurawada IT corridor, Visakhapatnam, the project represents the developer's first major entry into Andhra Pradesh, with ground broken in December 2025 in the presence of Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh and senior state officials.
Project Scope and Components
The campus combines Grade A office spaces (targeting IT/ITeS firms and Global Capability Centres), premium residential apartments, integrated retail, hospitality, and ESG-focused urban infrastructure — all under one master plan. The developer plans a premium residential community on a 2.25-acre parcel.
The project is expected to generate over 25,000 direct jobs, contributing largely to the local economy. Aligned with NITI Aayog's "Developing Visakhapatnam Economic Region as a Global Economic Hub" report, the Sattva Vantage Vizag Campus is envisioned as an early urban anchor in scaling the region's economy from USD 52 billion today to USD 125–135 billion by FY2032, and eventually into a USD 750–800 billion global hub by 2047.
Government Support and Strategic Position
The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet formally approved the land allotment under the AP IT & GCC Policy (4.0) 2024–29, giving it strong government backing. Minister Nara Lokesh described the investment as a milestone in Andhra Pradesh's efforts to position Visakhapatnam as a leading technology and innovation hub. He highlighted recent announcements such as Google's upcoming data centre, the ANSR Global Capability Centre Innovation Campus, and India's first quantum computing hub as signs of the city's growing prominence in the tech sector.
Location and Connectivity
The project is located in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh, with excellent connectivity to NH16 and key city hubs. Madhurawada is emerging as a major IT hub in Visakhapatnam and is located near the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone. The Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport (Bhogapuram Airport) was inaugurated on 1 August 2026, while commercial operations began on 17 August 2026.
Proposals for metro rail connectivity and improved road links to the upcoming Bhogapuram International Airport are likely to enhance the area's accessibility further.
