B.L. Kashyap & Sons has won a contract worth ₹615.69 crores for structural and civil work at Sattva Chennai Knowledge City, a large-scale commercial development located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The project is scheduled for completion within approximately 31 months from commencement.
Contract Details
The contract, valued at ₹615.69 crores excluding GST, was awarded by Sattva CKC Private Limited. B.L. Kashyap & Sons disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company confirmed that the contract does not involve any related party transactions and that promoter or promoter group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order.
Project Scope and Location
Sattva Chennai Knowledge City is coming up at Perungudi Toll in Chennai, with three towers of 21 floors and a total built-up area of 5.24 lakh square feet. The Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) is Chennai's primary IT and GCC corridor, with the belt from Perungudi, Thoraipakkam and Sholinganallur preferred for commercial activity. Perungudi is situated on the Old Mahabalipuram IT Expressway right in the middle of an Information Technology (IT) Estate.
